Joseph Dugger, MD

Dr. Dugger has lived in Searcy, Arkansas since 1969. He is married to Angie Fouts Dugger and they have four children: Jake, Ty, Becca and Mary. He graduated from Harding Academy, Harding University, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), then completed a residency in family medicine at AHEC Northeast in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He has been in private practice in Searcy Arkansas since 1999. He is board-certified in family practice and has an interest in sports medicine and obesity medicine. He is an avid sportsman and outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with family and attending his children’s activities and sporting events.
Tara Bruner, MHS, PA-C, DFAAPA
ProviderTara received a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from Oklahoma Christian University in 2000. After graduation she worked as a research technician in the department of Arthritis and Immunology at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. In 2005 she graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. Tara has practiced in bariatric surgery, PA education, medical diagnostic industry and family practice. Tara has been active state and national PA volunteer work as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of PAs. She enjoys being with her family, cooking, sewing and her church family.
Ellen Jones, Pharm.D., BCACP
ProviderDr. Ellen Jones is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist with 4 years of experience in primary care. She graduated from Harding University college of pharmacy in 2016 and after completing a PGY1 pharmacy residency at White River Health System in Batesville, AR returned to Harding as an assistant professor of pharmacy practice. She also holds undergraduate degrees in music and theatre from Harding University. She enjoys working with patients to provide medication education and maximize their medication regimens to provide the best health outcomes possible.
Christin Hayes, RT (R)
Radiology TechnicianChristin has 15 years of experience as a Radiology Technician and has been with OneLife since 2019. She goes above and beyond helping with whatever needs to be done in the clinic. Christin has been married for 21 years to her high school sweetheart Cody and they have 2 beautiful children Emily and Logan.
Lisa Rowland
Office & Clinical Operations ManagerLisa loves working at One Life Direct because it fulfills her calling to help people. She lives in Searcy with her husband Robert of 16 years, and together they have a ministry called Rowland Promotions Ministries. She is a Veteran of the United States Navy and a Harding University Alumni. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and serving Jesus in ministry.
